At Lady Ravensden, we want to ensure that you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return the items in accordance with the following terms:
- Time Frame:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days after receiving the order.
- Condition:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with no label attached to the shoe box.
- Shoes must not show signs of wear and must include all original tags.
- Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at support@ladyravensden.com to initiate a return.
- You will receive a return authorisation number and instructions on how to send back your shoes.
- We do not provide a free return service.
- Please note that returning parcels are your responsibility until they reach us, so we suggest using recorded delivery.
- Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment and may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
